Purchase & delivery conditions

Order

Ordering of our products takes place exclusively via our online store or on site in our showroom. An order is completed when an auto-reply aswell as a personal order confirmation has been received via e-mail. We reserve the right for any errors in the article information. A completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your name and social security number or organization number being registered in our customer register.

Pricing

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. VAT is 25 percent for all goods. Shipping or handling fee is added. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment methods

Klarna 

We use Klarna and Nets as suppliers of our checkout. This means that we may share your personal data such as contact details and order information with Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna can handle your purchase. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information. For your safety, the address with which you are registered must always be entered when paying via Klarna. If you move before delivery - you are welcome to contact us for completion of personal data and updated delivery address.

Companies and organizations 

When you shop as a company or organization, you pay by invoice or by card. Payment terms for invoices are 14 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, late payment interest and a reminder fee will be charged.

Private individuals 

When you shop as a private person, you pay with card payment (Nets checkout) or Klarna checkout. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

ATTENTION! Keep in mind that if you order via invoice payment (Klarna), the invoice period expires even if you haven't picked up the package! Always follow the due date to Klarna AB. Regardless of whether you made a return, complaint or exchange and sent the item back to us, the due date to Klarna must be kept. Any refund will be settled afterwards by Hemdesigners, provided that the return meets the conditions for the right of return. More information can be found at www.klarna.com

* When paying by card, the money is withdrawn within a few days after the order has been completed.

* If you choose to pay with a Klarna invoice, the invoice will be sent in connection with the planned delivery. The invoice must then be paid within 14 days.

Customer data

When you enter your personal data, these will be listed in a computerized register with us. Then you agree that SDG - Swedish Design Group may process your personal data in accordance with GDPR law.

Delivery

We at Hemdesigners work hard to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified delivery time. General delivery times are always available under each product, and you will receive more detailed delivery information upon receipt of order confirmation.

Note that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the correct delivery address being specified. If the delivery address is changed, customer service must be contacted immediately.

Delivery updates are always sent by email to the email address you specified when ordering. Please email only from this email address and enter the four-digit order number (HD ORDER: xxxx) in case of questions regarding the status of your order.

Stock items are delivered within approx. 7-10 working days after Hemdesigners has confirmed your order in writing through an Order Confirmation by email (not auto reply). When picking up an item in our showroom / warehouse, you always receive an SMS notification when the order is available for pick up. Note that the item should be picked up within 5 working days from when you received the SMS notification. In the order confirmation, there is information regarding whether the item is picked up in our showroom or in our warehouse. Collection takes place primarily in person upon presentation of valid identification and order confirmation. Bid shows the identification of both. If a product is sold out after you have placed an order, you will always be notified when the product can be delivered.

If the item is an order item, the delivery time is approx. 8-14 weeks, counted from the time that Hemdesigners has confirmed your order in writing through an Order Confirmation by email (not auto-reply).

Delivery delays may possibly occur due to external factors beyond our control and normal planning. Hemdesigners disclaims any liability for compensation in the event of any delivery delays.

Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 07:00 - 17:00. All deliveries are made to street level / plot boundary / gate. ATTENTION! Carry-in not included. We reserve the right not to deliver ordered products to certain addresses. This applies, for example, to deliveries that must be made by ferry transport. Returns

You have the right as a private person to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item or the day you received the SMS notification regarding collection in our showroom / warehouse. Note that returns can only be made for certain goods. Please see the heading “Return Exceptions” below for information on when it is not approved to return an item or contact customer support for more information.

In the event of a return, contact customer support who will provide information on the correct return address. For the return to be approved, the returned item must be completely unused and in the original packaging from the supplier (if such was sent). Original packaging must not be damaged, it must be intact and must not be taped on or damaged in any other way. The returned item must arrive in the same condition as when it was received. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you pay the shipping cost back to Hemdesigners itself. This also applies if you chose to send the item to our showroom.

If the item is bulky or if the weight of the package exceeds what can be received at a drop-off point, you will also be charged a pick-up cost regardless of whether the item is picked up at your home or business address. When returning, you must attach a copy of the delivery note. The product must be in its original packaging.

We charge a fee for packages that are not picked up, which corresponds to the actual costs of return shipping, shipping fee as well as a handling fee of SEK 200 and any cash on delivery fee.

Open purchase does not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

Return exceptions

Certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal may occur if the item is specially manufactured or otherwise adapted to you. On your order confirmation that you receive after ordering (not an auto-reply), you will always find information on whether or not the right of cancellation applies to your order.

Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to ordered goods, exhibition samples and specially ordered products, e.g. sofas, armchairs or specially ordered chairs. If you are unsure about what applies to your order, please contact us.
